75th Anniversary of the Diocese of Youngstown
The Diocese of Youngstown was established on May 15, 1943. Our Diocese is made up of six counties: Portage, Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, Stark, and Trumbull. Saint Ann is located in Mahoning County along with Saint Columba Cathedral which is the Mother Church of our Diocese.
This year marks the 75th anniversary of our Diocese! In honor of 75 years, we began a year long celebration that began on May 20, 2018 and will end on June 9, 2019.
Throughout the year, there will be liturgical celebrations, anniversary year lectures, and many other events. Details for these events can be found on our website as well as the website for the diocese doy.org
